![]() ![]() As bad as the service has been in the past I still have to use them occasionally because I’m disabled. Everyone in the nation is being asked to help during this pandemic so ’t keep the strike going because you want a mandatory minimum tip of 10%. Health and safety equipment for their workers should be a no brainer but staying off the job for a pay raise ? They could ask for a signed promissory contract to negotiate for money and whatever else they want after the crisis has subsided. There are a lot of people who have no choice but to have things they need delivered. Instacart in certain areas and certain age groups has become,I’m my opinion, An essential service. Most of What they’re asking for is absolutely what they should be receiving. Instacart is now on strike in the midst of the pandemic. If you are planning to join Instacart then I highly recommend to double check anything just in case Instacart says you are wrong and gives you no support. Apparently there is no manager that contacts you which I find very strange. Instacart does not compensate properly and does not look out for the interest of your safety. This has happened quite a few times before and now it is getting ridiculous. This is not the first time that this has happened, in terms of the support team not treating the shopper fairly. Therefore I got paid less for what I should of been paid when selecting the batch. On top of that the batch was somehow canceled and the person or robot on the support chat did not compensate me properly for the technical glitch which was not my fault. I messaged Instacart support care team to let me them know of the situation and all I get is generic robotic responses and did not actually responding to the severity of the situation. For example, I had a random guy approach me at a Walmart location in Auroa, Ontario and gave me threats to kill me and was racist towards me. I truly do believe the chat system is literally “bots”, because most of these people respond in such robotic ways and do not adhere to what the shopper is mentioning. There should be better communication coming from the support team and a phone number to have a faster response. "If ya want something done right.Do it Yourself"īeing a shopper for Instacart Canada, I have noticed as an employee, you do not get treated fairly and no sense of urgency from the Instacart support care via chat. I gotta go and do some Grocery shopping.because. the Employee reviews for Instacart are Horrendous Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas Everyone. Oh and if Ya could do just one thing for everyone.pay Your Personal Shoppers More. Good Luck with that business plan Instacart. i guess what works for Amazon, UPS, FEDEX and the Rest of the World, does not work for them. even though they readily take Multiple Addresses on there Account website. To be fair, they explained that having a Billing address and a Shipping address are an "uncommon" practice to them. Well 2 Phone calls to Customer Service and 2 ZenDesk emails with Photos of my ID and face to prove i was who i was. Great timing to what with Christmas 4 Days away. ![]() Seems Instacart doesn't like Ya having two addresses, one for billing and one for Shipping/Receiving ( Ya know, like EVERYBODY Else in the world has) so they flagged the order and cancelled then locked my account. Then all of a sudden, the Shopper is offline, the Instacart Cart Order is Cancelled, and my Instacart Account is Locked. As he shopped i was getting ready for the Holidays. all went well with my $194.32 order, and my Personal Shopper was Great. The Christmas shopping is hectic and thought i'll grocery shop online. ![]() so i placed an order with Instacart Canada, here in London Ontario. ![]()
